Istvan is involved in financial telesales since 2004. He became a broker in 2007 and sales director of an IB company two years later.

Istvan co-founded an IB company in 2012 and as CEO of it worked with several major forex brokers. Later this IB obtained a Tied agent license and became a significant player in Hungary. On its peak Istvan lead a team of 50 sales people, run the whole operation and the annual revenue reached one million dollars. In 2016 He moved to Zagreb, Croatia and built up a successful IB company with 30 sales people in record time. In just half a year the monthly new deposits exceeded the one million dollars.

Since 2017 Istvan mainly focused on the possibilities of how to decrease the operational costs while maintaining the effectiveness of telesasles. With his partners they developed their own highly-cost effective model for acquiring new clients. In their registered Tied agent company they managed to develope a system where warm and hot leads generated from online campaigns are called solely by a small number of good closers. This telesales with a modern twist.

Based on their success they founded BigFish-Investor, an industry-specific marketing agency, providing a proven turn-key solution for brokers world-wide.

Ferenc first got in touch with trading in London in 2006. He was the best sales guy at the UK’s number 1 trading trainer company. After years of learning various strategies became a full-time self-trader for 4 years, specialising in oil and gold futures besides US stocks.

In 2012 He became the operational leader of a forex broker. Two years later Ferenc switched to another European forex broker to become head of the retention team. Under Ferenc’s leadership new revenue and loads records have been achieved.
